If you have difficulty achieving orgasm, experience pain during intercourse because of a lack of moisture, or want your labia to have a more compact and youthful appearance, you may be a good candidate for O-Shot®: an in-office, non-invasive injectable treatment for women.
Dr. Evans provides O-Shot treatment to help Houston patients enhance their sexual response and rejuvenate the vaginal tissue. The procedure can also help with mild stress incontinence. Dr. Evans received her training for O-Shot from Dr. Charles Runels, the inventor of the treatment, and now teaches other practitioners how to perform the procedure.
Women that Dr. Evans has treated with O-Shot have reported significant and noticeable improvement. This includes an increase in sexual sensitivity, the number and frequency of their orgasms, and the amount of vaginal lubrication they produce. In one patient’s words: “I haven’t had an orgasm in years, and now everything is so much better!”
What Are the Benefits of O-Shot?
The goal of treatment with O-Shot is to enhance sexual sensation, sexual response, and urinary continence. Although each woman’s experience can differ, some of the benefits may include:
- Younger, smoother skin around the vagina and a tighter vaginal opening.
- Greater arousal from clitoral stimulation.
- Increased ability to have a vaginal orgasm.
- More sexual desire.
- Stronger, more frequent orgasms.
- Better natural lubrication and comfort for those with dyspareunia (painful intercourse).
- Decrease in urinary incontinence.
Treatment is virtually painless and takes place in the privacy of our Houston practice. O-Shot makes use of your body’s own platelet-derived growth factors, and the benefits can last up to 1.5 years before you need to return for retreatment.

Is O-Shot Right for You?
There are few medical restrictions for women who want to have treatment with O-Shot. Patients who are experiencing difficulty with sexual sensation, sexual response, and urinary continence are typically good candidates.
As part of your visit to Sugar Land Medical Spa, Dr. Evans will talk with you about what you want to accomplish with treatment, take a comprehensive health history, and perform a medical examination. This is to identify any barriers to treatment and to ensure that you receive the best care possible.
Dr. Evans may recommend combining O-Shot with other techniques to provide a more effective outcome. She combined and coined two advanced treatments to enhance desires, both available through our practice.
Ultimate O
While O-Shot can tighten the tissue of the vagina, Houston patients may see more dramatic rejuvenation by also receiving treatment with Ultra Femme 360™. This technology uses RF energy to tighten the inside of the vagina in a non-invasive way, from the cervix to the vaginal opening and outside labia. It’s like giving you a non-invasive facelift using your bodies own platelet-derived growth factors. This is ideal for women with decreased sensation and laxity.
Ultra O
Along with problems related to sexual response, many women have challenges with urge and stress incontinence. Ultra O combines O-Shot treatment with BTL EMSELLA®. This unique medical device uses electromagnetic waves to stimulate the pelvic floor, strengthening the muscles to give patients more control over their urine flow. Patients remain fully clothed during the visit. Dr. Evans is a recognized physician and speaker on behalf of BTL, a company with a long history of research-based medical advances. This is perfect for women with dryness and incontinence.
What Is the Recovery from O-Shot Like?
In many cases, patients can have an O-Shot on the same day as their consultation. The procedure is simple, quick, and requires no downtime. O-Shot has minimal risk since the treatment re-injects the patient’s own platelet-derived growth factors.
With an O-Shot, we perform a simple blood draw and concentrate the sample with a centrifuge. Then, Dr. Evans numbs the area for comfort and injects the concentrated sample back into the patient, into the clitoral area and G-spot. Most of our Houston patients describe the experience as fast and relatively painless.
Following your visit, you shouldn’t need additional pain relief or medication, and you can have intercourse later that night if you choose. Treatment is meant to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. The results for some women are instantaneous, but for the majority of patients, it takes several weeks to achieve the full effects. An increase in vaginal moisture and sensation is a sign that O-Shot is having the intended effect.
What Is the Cost of O-Shot in Houston?
The price of the O-Shot is $1500. You can expect the benefits of treatment to last up to 1-2 years, after which time you can return to Sugar Land Medical Spa for a follow-up procedure.
Many patients choose to have Ultimate O or Ultra O, combining O-Shot with other techniques for improved tightening or urinary continence. Our staff can discuss the pricing for these additional procedures during your consultation.
